Registration for Lightning Lacrosse
Thank you for choosing your player development with Lightning Lacrosse. You MUST register here to officially join the club. By registering your child for Lightning Lacrosse, you agree to all of the rules and regulations set forth in the Lightning Lacrosse bylaws which are available at anytime by request. In addition, you agree to the club fees and the late fee penalties.
After registering and completing payment, we will add you to TeamSnap. You will pay your remaining fees via Teamsnap after this initial payment. You will be able to select your payment plan option after you receive the invoice. If you have any questions about payment plans or fees, please email us.
You have 3 choices when it comes to joining:
FULL YEAR: DISCOUNTED - SAVE $200 - Registration payment of $295. Five payments of $300. Total: $1,795. (plus cc fees)
FALL/WINTER: - Registraton paying of $295. Two payments of $200. Total: $695 (plus cc fees)
SUMMER '24: Registration payment of $295. Five Payments of $200. Total: $1,295. (plus cc fees).
Uniforms are included in the membership costs (we will have new uniforms every summer season)

By Registering online, I agree to the following: EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION: I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the above player, a minor, hereby authorize the coaches and/or Lightning Lacrosse officials to act as my agents in the capacity of activity supervisors and vehicle drivers, and to consent to medical, surgical, or dental examination and/or treatment.
DISCLAIMER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND WAIVER: I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the above player, a minor, acknowledge that participation in lacrosse involves risk of severe, permanent physical injury, and death. For myself, and on behalf of the above player, we willingly and voluntarily accept and assume all such risk. In consideration of permitting the voluntary participation of the above-named participant in this tryout program, for myself and on behalf of the above player, I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Lightning Lacrosse/First Class Sport Management Group, LLC, its employees, volunteers, officials, sponsors, and other representatives from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, and compensation arising out of or in any way related to an injury or other damage that may result to said participant white participating in any Lightning Lacrosse/First Class Sport Management Group, LLC sponsored event, including any physical or other injury caused by the negligence of any such person while performing his/her duties at any time. I understand that the initial player fee deposit is non-refundable and that by agreeing to join Lightning Lacrosse Club/First Class Sport Management Group, LLC, I am committing to the club for the full seasons that I choose on this form and that if I ask for a release, I am responsible for paying the full amount for the year and understand that there are no refunds given.
